A Special Message From Our CEOGo back to news
As the entire world scrambles to control the spread of COVID-19, I want to take a moment to share how Ross Aviation is managing the challenge. I assure you that our top priority remains the health and safety of those who work at or make any of our facilities worldwide part of their journeys.
We are closely watching the unfolding developments and are in constant contact with our individual locations to update them on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), OSHA, Department of Labor, the World Health Organization and others. On the people side, if any of our employees is ill, has a fever or doesn’t feel well, we are requiring them to stay home. We ask that our customers also provide the same courtesy should they not feel well, are ill or have a fever. This will greatly reduce the risk of transfer while we all serve our customers and our communities. At our locations, we have elevated an already fastidious standard of cleanliness to limit the spread of coronavirus and have increased cleaning of our facilities multiple times each day. While this may seem small, to reduce the possibility of virus transfer through paper transactions, we are also strongly encouraging email receipts.
We are all beginning to expect the unexpected. Therefore, whenever possible, please let us know you are coming so that we can be ready for you. Our new website (https://www.rossaviation.com/) includes an easy-to-use reservation tool. Otherwise, please give your Ross Aviation FBO a call to let us know your plans whenever possible. We remain ready for you.
One more thing, should you temporarily choose to park your aircraft, we currently have hangar and ramp space available at several of our FBOs, with priority given to our existing customers. This is an extremely challenging time for our entire industry and for the world. But we are dedicated to forging through it together and coming out even stronger than before. We truly value your business and look forward to caring for you in the coming weeks, months and years. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me directly at (303) 830-7700. Here’s to meeting this current challenge together with you, and to blue skies ahead. With very best regards, Brian Corbett Chief Executive Officer Ross Aviation
